(2) 'vuhere the milk pasteurizing plant is located within the City Limits of the Gity of Faris, Texas~ and the premises of such plant is inspected under the direction of the Health Officer an inspection fee of Ni ety (90cf~, Cents per one thousand (1y000) yallons of milkunder the provisions cr this oxdinance sh«11 be puid by the holder of said permit each month. (3) Where the milk pasteurizing plant, the premzses oz which are inspected under the direction of the Health Officer ur under the direction of the Healtt-~ uificear of the County or City in which said pl<:nt is lccatec', produces or purchases, under the provisiens of this ordinance~ less than a monthly average of twenty-five thousand {25,000} yallons of milk per montht a minimum fee of lwenty-rive ($25.00) Dollars pcr month icr the pasteurizing plant shall be paid by the holder of the permit. (4) :;ny holder of a permit,whose premises are inspected in accordunce with the provisions of this ordinance and any amendments thereto, shall ~-A a11 times upon request, make Gvailable to the Health ~_)ificer such books and records as are necessary 'uo determine the inspccticn fces, in the cvent there is a dispute as to the amcunt of -cees to be pGiG. (5) In the event that any person, iirm, or corporUtion shall operate in the City oi' Faris, both a milk plant und as a distributox of milk and/or :nilk products, such permit hold.ex shall be reauired to secure only one permit and shall be re- quired to report only that phase of his opcrations which is the greater by volume, that is his production or his distri- buticn, lvhichever is the greUter by volume, and shall pay the fees hereinbeiore prescribed IFor such operation.
