APPROPRIATION GRDINANGE N0. 1460 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPRJPRIATION ORDINANCE N0. 14519 ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, ON THE 27TH DAY QF JUNE, A. D.t 19589 WHICH WAS AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE ENSUING FISCAL YEAR, BEGINNING JULY 11 1958t AND ENDING JUNE 30, 19599 IN ACCORUANCE WITH THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF PARIS, A PPROPRIATING THE VARIOUS AMOUNTS THEREOF AND REPFALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS QF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEI3EWITH. WHEREAS, it is a matter of comenon knowledge with the City Council of the City of Paris that the original budget, as proposed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, was based upon a tax revaluation program which was in the process of preparation at the time said budget was adopted, and that the City Council has heretofore determined to abandon the use of such revalvation program for the year beginning July 1, 1958 and ending June 30, 19599 and that it has been necessary and imperative,and an emergency exists therefor, to amend such appropriation ordinance, as adopted; and WHEBEAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris has submitted to the City Council a proposed amended budget of the revenues of said City and the expenses of conducting the affairs thereof and providing a complete financial plan for the ensuing fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1458 and ending June 30, 1959, and which said proposed amended budget has been compiled from detailed information obtained from the several departaaents, divisions and offices of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received said City Managerl's proposed amended budget, a copy of which proposed amended budget,and all supporting schedules, has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris, and is of the opinion that the same should be approved and adopted, as amended; NOYV9 THEREFORE~ BE IT GRDAINED BY THE CITY CaUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISs Section 1. That the proposed budget of the revenues of the City of Paris and the expenses of conducting the affairs thereof, providing a com- plete financial plan for the ensuing fiscal year, beginning July 1, 1458, and ending June 30, 1959, as subraitted to the City Council by the City Manager of said City, be, and tlie same is in all things adopted and approved as the budget of all of the current expenses as well as the fixed charges against said City for the fiscal year beginning July l, 1958, aRd ending June 30, 1959. Section 2.
