That the sum of $117,261.74 is hereby appropriated out of the general debt service fund for the purpose of paying the interest due on general obligation bonds and time warrants, redeeming the serial bonds as they mature, and creating a sinking fund therefor. Section 4. The sum of $188,834.38 is hereby appropriated out of the Water and 5ewer Revenue Bond Fund for the purpose of paying the accrued interest and making the principal payments as the same mature on the water and sewer revenue bonds, and creating the prescribed contingent and reserve funds therefor. Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here- with are hereby repealed. Section 6. This ordinance shall be and remain in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the City Council of the City of Paris.
