W. (F. M. 79) southerly from the Northvvest City <br />Limits of Paris, a dista.nce of approxima.tely 0, 768 miles a speed limit <br />of forty (40) miles per hour at all times; thence southerly to its inter- <br />section with U. S. 82, a distance of approximately 0, 341 miles a speed <br />limit of thirty••five (35) miles per hour at all times as evidenced by the <br />atta.ched plan which is hereby approved and made a part hereof. <br />(g) On 20th St, N. M. 1497 northerly from the South City Limits of Paris to <br />its intersection with S. H. 24, a distance of approximately 0.221 miles a <br />speed limit of forty (40) miles per hour at all times as evidenced by the <br />atta.ched plan which is hereby approved and ma.de a part hereof. <br />(i) On Evergreen Sto (F. M. 1507) westerly from the Southeast City <br />Limits of Paris, a dista.nce of approxima.tely 0.708 miles a speed limit of <br />forty-five (454 miles per hour at all times; thence westerly to its inter- <br />section with S. H. 24, a distance of approximately 0. 230 miles a speed limit <br />of thirty-five (35) miles per hour at all times as evidenced by the atta.ched <br />plan which is hereby approved and made a part hereof. <br />Section 4. Any person violating any of the provisions of this <br />ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction, <br />sha.ll be punished by a fine not exceeding Two Hundred ($200, 00) Dollars. <br />Section 5, All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here- <br />with are hereby expressly repealedo <br />Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective the 23rd day of <br />November, 1959. <br />Passed and adopted this 9th day of November, A.
