The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-054, stating support for the plan to develop a new Health <br />Care System as a result of the non-binding letter of intent signed on February <br />22, 2001, between Christus St. Joseph's Health System and Texas Health <br />Resources, the parent company of McCuistion Regional Medical Center, was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman McCarthy, seconded by Mayor <br />Pro Tem Manning, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 6 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-055, appointing Anna Davis to serve the unexpired term <br />of Bill Strathern, which ends June 30, 2002, as a member of the Library <br />Advisory Board of the City of Paris, was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Plata, for approval of the resolution. <br />The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-056, approving and authorizing a new lease No. DTFA07- <br />L-00725 by and between the City of Paris and the Federal Aviation <br />Administration (FAA) in continuation of provisions previously contained under <br />prior lease no. DTFA07-8 l-L-01106 regarding the Runway 35 Visual Approach <br />Slope Indicator site and necessary power and control cable easements at Cox <br />Field Airport, was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, <br />seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Manning, for approval of the resolution. The <br />motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2001-057, approving the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to <br />existing Lease No. DTFA07-93-L-01143 by and between the City of Paris and <br />the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the use of the Direction Finder <br />Antenna Site, access road right-of-way and necessary cable route and conduit <br />easements, and authorizing the Mayor to execute and the City Clerk to attest to <br />said supplemental agreement, was presented.
