If, in the judgm+erit of the Electrical Inspector after inspection, any electrical installation is unsafe or dangerous to persons or property, the Inspector sha.ll have the pawer to cause such electrical installation to be disconnected from the source of electrical energy supplying the same, in which event he shall notify the Texas Power and Light Company oi such action. Thereafter, it shall be unlawful for any person to cause or permit electric current to be supplied to such electrical irBtallation until the same shall have been made safe and the inspector shall have issued a certificate of approval to that effect. When the Electrical Inspector condemns all or any part{of any electrical installation, the owner may, withiti five days after receiving written notice thereof, file a petition in writing for review of said action of the Electrical Inspector by the Electrical Board, such petition to be filed with the Dire ctor of Public Works, and upon recei.pt of such petition the Director of Public Works shall arrange for a meeting of said Board and said Board shall make a decision in accordance with its findings within seven (7) days after the filing of such petition, which decision shall be final. Section 21. Electrical Board. There is hereby created an Electrical Board, which shall consist of five members, one of whom shall be the Fire Marshal of the City of Paris, one shall be an electrical contractor licensed under this ordinance, ore shall be ajourneyman electrician who holds a certificate of registration under this ordinance, one shall be an owner of rental property within the fire limits of the City of Paris, and one shall be a general building corYtractor engaged in the general construction busi- ne ss in the City of Paris. All such Board Membe rs, except the Fire Marshal, shall be appoint ed by t he City Council and sh all hold offi ce for a period of two years from the date of their appointment and qualification, or until their successors have been appointed and qualified. Any member of the Board may be removed for cause by the City Council upon reooomndation of such removal for a cause by the City Mana,ger, or may be removed by said Ceuncil without such recom¢nendation if it finds that the removal of a member or members is for the best interests of the public.
