<br />The Texas Fower and Light Companyo a Texaseorporation
<br />with nrineipal office in city and county of Dallas, Texas, is hereby
<br />granted the riaht and p rivile.~,-e of erecting, buying or selli.ng,
<br />maintaining and operating electric lip-°ht and power works, or either,
<br />in the citv of Paris, and shall have the rieht and pr3.vileie to
<br />manufactu.re and vend to the City of Paris and to the citizens there-
<br />of, ar other persons, electric lichts, are and incandeseent, and
<br />electricity for motors, liht, heat or power purposes for the term
<br />of tvsenty-five years from the passage oP this ordinance and written
<br />acceptance thereof by said Company fil.ed with the City Seeretary of
<br />the City of iaris; provided that no exclusive ri,s;hts, privileo•es or
<br />grants are made to said Texas .Power and Li:_-ht Comnany by this or-
