Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />Public Hearing to consider the petition of Pat Murehead for a change <br />in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2), to a One- <br />Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) With Specific Use Permit (25) Day <br />Nursery, Lot 4, Block 2, Hillcrest Addition, being number 2380 Beverly. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />Pat Murehead, P.O. Box 6401, spoke in favor of the petition requesting <br />zoning for a Home Child Care. The child care would have a maximum <br />of 12 children, infants to 4 years old and would operate from 7:00 until <br />5:30, Monday through Friday. The child care would be closed on main <br />holidays and no signs would be put on the property. The child care <br />svould be state monitored. This would be Ms. Murehead's residence as <br />well. She would probably have 1 employee. <br /> <br />Mr. Louis Quisenberry, 2130 Beverly Drive, spoke in favor of the <br />petition stating that he has lived there for 20 years and he welcomes <br />having a family there instead of renters. Mr. Quisenberry stated that <br />traffic would not be a problem. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed.. <br /> <br />Consideration of and action on the petition of Pat Murehead for a <br />change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2), to <br />a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) With Specific Use Permit <br />(25) Day Nursery, Lot 4, Block 2, Hillcrest Addition, being number 2380 <br />Beverly. <br /> <br /> <br />
