All such sidewalks shall be built under the supervis- <br />ion of the city engineer and at the expense of the property owners <br />fronting or abutting on said street between said points, and that the <br />sidewalks herein ordered to be built shall be commenced and com- <br />pleted within the time required by an ordinance heretofore <br />adopted, and that the required notice be given. <br />SEC. 2. HATHAWAY, M:lY°r. <br /> <br />CHAPTER SIXTY-SIX. <br /> <br />SIDEWALKS ON CLARKSVILLE STREET. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ordering sidewalks to be built on CJarksvIl:. street, from the square <br />to Hig-h street, <br /> <br />ì <br /> <br />Be it ordained by the city council of the city of Paris: <br />SEC. I. That sidewalks are hereby ordered to be built on <br />both sides of Clarksville street, from the square to High street, <br />and from High to Bennett street, on the south side of Clarksville <br />street, at all places where good and lawful sidewalks do not al- <br />ready exist; said sidewalks shall be built nine feet wide and shall he <br />constructed and be made of brick, stone, concrete or wood, if <br />wood is used the lumber must not be less than two inches thick <br />and not more than four inches wide, and shall be securely fastened <br />to a good and substantial foundation, and of whatever material it <br />may be built, such sidewalks shall in all respects conform to the <br /> <br />C", <br />.. .. ~..
