7) Furnish engineer one complete copy of all survey field notes. <br />8) Proposer realizes timeliness of completion is of importance <br />and agrees to make a reasonable effort to complete work within <br />the time schedule requested. <br />Proposer's agreement with the City of Paris will also be governed by <br />the following conditions: <br />B. General <br />1) Al1 work performed shall be in sufficient detail to define the <br />work involved explicitly and to keep the professional responsi- <br />bility for its accuracy and completeness with the Proposer. <br />2) Payment for 5ervices to be made within 30 days of client's <br />receipt of invoice price of acceptable work. The lOg retained <br />balance to be payable upon City acceptance of completeness of <br />work and within 30 days of receipt of final notes. Payment for <br />services later than that set forth herein shall bear interest <br />at 12$ per annum. <br />3) Ownership of all documents produced shall be the property of <br />the City of Paris, Texas. <br />4) This arrangement may be terminated by either party upon 10 <br />days written notice to the other. In such an event, you shall <br />furnish to us all project work calculations, documents, data, <br />drawings and sketches, developed to date of termination, and <br />we shall pay to you, all of your allowable cost to the date of <br />termination. <br />The pro rata portion of your fee shall be allowed unless <br />termination is based on unnrofessional or inability to timely <br />and comgetently perform. <br />5) Your contact person is John Buss, Project Engineer. <br />C. Pricing <br />The Proposer shall furnish the above services for the following <br />rates. <br />3 Man Field Crew. . . . . . $50.00 per hour <br />All Materials, Supplies, and other Direct Costs. Cost plus 150 <br />
