,HIB IT "A" <br />QUIT CLAINi DEED <br />STATE OF TEXAS § <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR ~ <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT, THE CITY OF PARIS, a municipal corporation, <br />of the County of Lamar and State of Texas, acting by and <br />through its duly authorized officer, Joe Graham, Mayor, he <br />being duly authorized by Resolution No. , passed by the <br />City Council of the City of Paris, on the lOth day of <br />January, 1983, a copy of whicYi is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />A, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND N01100 <br />DOLLARS ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, <br />to it in hand paid by RICHARD B. SWINT AND WIFE, SUSAN B. <br />SWINT, of the County of Lamar and State of Texas, the <br />receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has quit claimed, <br />and by these presents does quit claim, unto the said RICHARD <br />B. SWINT AND WIFE, SUSAN B. SWINT, a11 its rights, title, <br />interest, claim and demand not herein expressly retained in <br />and to all that certain tract or parcel of land situated in <br />Lamar County, Texas, and described as follows: <br />Situated about 5 miles North 20 Deg. East of <br />the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br />Texas, a part of the Thomas Askins Survey #6. <br />BEGINNING at a stake for corner in the West <br />Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road at the present <br />Southeast corner of a 45 acre tract of land, <br />conveyed Bedford B. Harlan by deed recorded in <br />Vol. 319, Page 550, of the Deed Records of said <br />County and State; <br />THENCE West a distance of 1097 feet to a <br />stake for corner; <br />THENCE South 86 Deg. West a distance of 200 <br />feet to a stake for corner; <br />THENCE West a distance of 644 feet to a stake <br />for corner at the Southwest corner of said 45 acre <br />tract of land; <br />THENCE South 2 Deg. West a distance of 452 <br />feet to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner <br />of a 7.11 acre tract of land conveyed Bedford B. <br />Harlan by deed recorded in Vol. 339, Page 111, of <br />said Deed Records; <br />THENCE South 86 deg. West a distance of 210 <br />feet to a stake for corner at the Southwest corner <br />of said 7.11 acre tract of land; <br />THENCE North 3 Deg. East a distance of 269 <br />feet to a stake for corner at the Southeast corner <br />
