East a distance <br />of 2165 feet to a stake for corner at the present <br />Northeast corner of said 25 acre tract; <br />THENCE South along the West Boundary Line of <br />Stillhouse Road at 506 feet being the Northeast <br />corner of a 25 acre tract of land shown as Tract 1 <br />in deed to Bedford B. Harlan as recorded in Vol. <br />317, Page 593, continuing on a total distance of <br />2218 feet to the place of beginning and containing <br />224.78 acres of land. <br />Being the same property described in deed <br />from Dixie Ann Harlan to Richard B. Swint and <br />wife, Susan B. Swint, dated December 29, 1971, of <br />record in Book 532, Page 182, Deed Records, Lamar <br />County, Texas. <br />
