with all and singular its rights, title, interest, estate, <br />claim and demand in and to the hereditaments and appurte- <br />nances thereto belonging or in any wise pertaining; to have <br />and to hold the above released rights, titles, interests, <br />claims, and demand, to the said RICHARD B. SWINT AND WIFE, <br />SUSAN B. SWINT, their heirs and assigns, forever, so that <br />neither the CITY OF PARIS, nor its successors or assigns, <br />nor any person or persons claiming under it, shall at any <br />time hereafter, have, claim or demand any right or title to <br />or interest in such property, premises or appurtenances, or <br />any part thereof, at any time hereafter. <br />HOWEVER, IT IS EXPRESSLY EXCEPTED from this Quit <br />Claim the right of the CITY OF PARIS of by-pass into the <br />abandoned main interceptor line extension which crosses the <br />above described property for purposes of repair or con- <br />struction upon the newly constructed line which is located <br />within the easement from RICHARD B.
