3. By either party, upon the failure of the other party to fulfill <br />it's obligations as set forth herein. <br />4. By satisfactory completion of all services and obligations <br />described herein. <br />B. Should the City terminate this contract as herein provided, no fees <br />other than fees due and payable at the time of termination, shall <br />thereafter be paid to the Consultant. Payment for work at term- <br />ination will be based upon work completed at that time. <br />6. Ownership of Documents <br />Upon completion or termination of this contract, all documents prepared <br />by the Consultant or furnished to the Consultant by the City shall be <br />delivered to and become the permanent property of the City. <br />7. Personnel, Equipment and Material <br />A. The City shall furnish to the Consultant certain items and services <br />to aid in the performance of administrative services for the Project. <br />More specifically, these are as follows: <br />1. Office space complete with file cabinet where the Consultant <br />shall keep a duplicate file of all written work performed on <br />the Project. <br />2. Clerical assistance for• the Project if time and circumstance <br />prohibits performance at Consultants Office. <br />3. The use of office copy machines as needed for the Project. <br />B. All employees of the Consultant shall have such knowledge and <br />experience as will enable them to perform the duties assigned them. <br />8. Conference <br />At the request of the City of Consultant, conferences shall be provided <br />at the City's office. <br />9. Compliances with Law <br />The Consultant shall comply with all Federal, State and local laws, <br />statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, and the orders and decrees <br />of any courts, or administrative bodies or tribunals in any matter <br />affecting the performance of thas contract, including, without limitation, <br />workmen's compensation laws, minimum and maximum salary ahd wage statutes <br />and regulations, and licensing laws and regulations. When required, the <br />Consultant shall furnish the City with satisfactory proof of his comp- <br />liance therewith. <br />
