EXHIBIT "A" <br />'I'FA CT A <br />Mazch 5, 1920, recorded in Vol. 181, Fage 364 of Deed Records of <br />Lamar County, Texas, to which deeds and the records thereof <br />reference is hereby made for a more particular description, to- <br />wit: <br />FIRST TR.ACT <br />Lying and being situated in the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Paris, between Mill and wall Streets of said City, and bounded on <br />the North by a tract of land formerly owned by L. D. Davis, and <br />on the South by the Texas and Pacific Railway donation, being a <br />portion of that tract of land conveyed to W. Babcock by Geo. W. <br />Wright on the 26th day of December, 1865, and more fully described <br />in said conveyance, which is duly recorded in Book "N", Page 371, <br />of the Records of Lamar County, Texas, on the 30th day of December, <br />1865, to-wit: <br />BEGINNING at the N.W. corner of said described tract of land, a <br />stake in or near a Boisd'arc hedge on Mill Street; Thence East on <br />a line with said hedge to the w. B. line of wall Street; Thence <br />South with said West line of Wall Street to the Texas & Pacifi.c <br />donation; Thence West with the North line of said railway donation <br />to the E. B. line of Mill Street; Thence North with the E. B. <br />line of Mill Street to the place of beginning, LESS a strip 31 <br />feet wide along the North side sold to P& G. N. R. R. by Paris <br />Compress Company by deed described in Deed Book Z-2, Page 367, <br />Latnar Ccunty, Texas, Deed Recards. <br />SECOND TRACT <br />Situated in the County of Lamar, and described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a stake on the E. B. line of South Mill Street, the <br />same being the S. w. corner of a lot belonging to the St. Louis <br />Improvement Company; Thence East 33.2 poles, a stake in the W. B. <br />line of Wall Street; Thence South 30.1 poles with the W. B. line <br />of said street a stake; Thence West 33.1 poles, a stake in the E. <br />B. line of South Mill Street; Thence North 30.1 poles with the E. <br />B. line of said Street to the place of beginning, BEING the same <br />lot conveyed to R. J. Waddell on the 24th day of August, 1894, <br />and recorded in Vol. 77, Page 339, Lamar County Deed Records. <br />SAVE AND EXCEPT a strip 38 feet by 505 feet heretofore deeded the <br />City of Paris for a street, and which deed i_s recorded in Book <br />152, Page 437, Lamar County Deed Records, it being understood <br />that the grantor hereby conveys all and every right reserved to <br />it by the terms of said deed. <br />THIRD TRACT A part of the Larkin Rattan Survey, lIl the City of Paris, on the <br />west side of Scut.h Wall Street; <br />BEGINNING at a stake in the W. B. line of South Wall Street, at <br />the N. E. corner of a 6 acre tract formerly owned by Isaac Parr, <br />Thence North with the W. B. line of South Wall Street 80 feet a <br />stake; Thence west 216 feet a stake; Thence South 80 feet a stake <br />in said Isaac Parr°s N.
