W. corner <br />of lot conveyed by N. E. Gough and husband to F. R. Fenet 216 <br />feet to an alley; Thence South along said alley 166 feet to a <br />stake in the S. B. line of said Gough-Fenet lot; Thence West with <br />its S. B. line and the S. B. line of the Hooper-Fenet lot, 216 <br />feet to a stake in the E.
