<br />Notice is hereby given that the Ci.ty of Paris will re-
<br />ceive bids for the sale of three separate tracts of property
<br />hereinafter referred to as Tract I, Tract 2, and Tract 3 in
<br />the Council Roam, City Hall, Paris, Lamar County, Texas, at
<br />10:00 o'clock A. M., on the 9th day of December, 19$1, and
<br />said bids will be rabulated and presented to the City Cauncil
<br />at its regular meeting to be held at City Hall, in the City
<br />Council Room, Paris, Lamar Courltq, Texas, at 7;00 o'clock
<br />P. M., on the 14th day of December, 1981, for award, and which
<br />tracts of land are described as follows:
<br />TR.ACT l: A tract of land 1_ocated in the City of
<br />Paris, County of Lamar, State of Texas, bei.ng part of
<br />Lot 2, City Block 281, and alsa being a part of the
<br />Reddin Russell Survey, and being a part of a 16,$ acre
<br />tract, described in a deed to the City of Paris by
<br />E. W. Lovell and Anne Lovell, his wi.fe, said deed in
<br />Volume 238, Fage 621. in the Lamar County Ueed Records,
<br />further described by Richard Badd, Registered Public
<br />Surveyor No. 2690:
<br />BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said Lot 2
<br />in said Block 281, said corner being the Nartheast
<br />corner of a cemetery and being 558 , 5 feet r:iore or less,
<br />from the South Boundary of Clement Koad, and 'neing 3,5
<br />feet West of arz old fence corner;
<br />THENCE West wit:h the South Boundary of said Lot 2,
<br />and with the North Foundary of said cemetery, a distance
<br />of 280 feet to the true point of beginnin~ c~f the tract
<br />herein described;
<br />THENCE cantinuing with said South line, West $48
<br />feet to the Southeast corner af a tract of land described
<br />in a deed from the City of Paris to Norris Mcdowell and
<br />Glenn Watson as recorded in Volume 551, Page 428;
<br />TIIENCE North alcng the Easr_ Iine of said McDowell
<br />and Watson tract, being the [qFSt line of said Lot 2
<br />534 feet, more or Iess, to the South Boundary line of
<br />said Clement Road;
<br />THFNCE East along said South line of Clement Road,
<br />348 feet to a pin, being the Northwest corner of a tract
<br />conveyed by the City of Paris to Lean Moss as described
<br />in Volume 344, Page 319, said point being South 60 feet
<br />from an iron pipe on the 1Vorth Boundary of said Clement
<br />Road;
<br />THENCE South with the West line of said Moss tract
<br />394 feet, more or less, to a caood fence posr_ at the
<br />SouthwesC corner of said P-loss tract;
<br />THENCE East along the South line of said Moss tract,
<br />502.5 feet to a Waod fence post, being the Southeast
<br />carner of said Mnss tract;
<br />THENCE South, at 4.5 feet a fence, at 139.5 feet,
<br />the point of beginning, containing 5.9 acres, rnore or
<br />less.
<br />The minimum acceptabl.e bid on Tract 1 will be $4,425,00,

<br />County of lamar, State of. Texas, being part of the Asa
<br />Jarman Survey and beimg part af Lat 3, Black 205 of the City
<br />Tax Maps furthtr described as follows:
<br />BEGTNNING at the intzrsection a:" the East Boundary
<br />line of 21st S.W. and the North Boundary line of West
<br />Kaufman in said City of Paris;
<br />THFNCE North alciig said East line of 21st S,W.,4 distance
<br />of 146.8 feet to the Southwest corner of atract conveyed
