<br />Part (CONTRACTOR), hereby agrees with the said Party of the I'irst Yart (OWNEft) to
<br />commence and complete the construction of certain improvementis described as follows:
<br />Jahnson Park Drainage Project
<br />and all extra work iii connection therewith, under the tei•ms z,s stated in the General Conditions
<br />of the Agreement and at }iis (or ttieir) own pro per cost, and expense to furnish all the materials,
<br />supplies, machinery, equipment, tools, superinten(ience, labor, insurance, and other accessories
<br />and servicas necessary to complete the said construction, in accordance with the conditions and
<br />prices stated in the Proposal attached hereto, and in accor•dance with the Notice to Contractors,
<br />General and Special Conditions of Agreement, Plans and oLher (irawings and printed or written
<br />explanatory matter thereof, and the Specifications sind addenda therefor, as prepared by _
