The manufacturer of the siren equipment and controls must have a maintenance service and replacement parts available through a local parts and service representative located within 125 mile radius of the City of Paris. `UI. The successful bidder (contractor) shall furnish a complete accurate parts identification diagram, parts, iist, operation and maintenance instructions as necessary for the ordering of replacement parts and otherwise maintaining the system. AII. The sound producer, rotor, starter, timers, decoder, and all other support equipment must be enclosed in weather proof housing. VIII. Siren and all applicable components shall be bright yellow in color (Federal Spec. Color No. 1315). All installations shall be identified by the official Civil Defense insignia of appropriate size which shall appear on at least two different surfaces of each appropriate component. , IX. Each bidder shall furnish with their bid the warranty information (copy of warranty) on the equipment being offered pursuant to their bid. Each bidder shall furnish with their bid technical data sufficient for the City to make an evaluation of the system offered. , X. The City will consider the bids on either a component type or integral type sirens. ;:i.
