AML,NDr1ENT NUr1I3ER 3 <br />to <br />AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br />between <br />TIIE CITY OF PAP.IS <br />and <br />HAYTER ENGINEERING, INC. <br />Part I. PARTICS AND PROJECT <br />A. The term "Engineer", is hereby def.ined to mean <br />Hayter Engineering, Incorporated, a professional <br />corporation duly constituted and licensed under <br />the laws of the State of Texas. <br />B. The Engineer sha11 perform the basic services as <br />set forth herein and referred to in The Facility <br />Plan ~Ste_p1 Wastewater ~F_acili~ty _Im?rovements <br />1248-and ate anuary 11 , I9$r, as prepared <br />by hayter Engineering, Inc. for the charges set <br />forth herein. <br />It is specifically understood and mutually a~reed <br />to by the parties tiereto that all or any par of <br />the cost of these services are to be paid from the <br />proceeds o f the sale o f Cert if icates of Obl igat ion <br />authorized to be issued by City of Paris Ordinance <br />iio. passed April 13, 1981. <br />C. The services to be performed in this design phase shall <br />confcrm to tYie buidelines, rules and regulations as set <br />forth in the City's Step 2 application kit for the grant- <br />in-aid, CG-188 (Rev. 9/79). <br />D. '1'he City's acceptance of its Step 2 grant-in-aid offer <br />from the Environmental Protection Agency shall be the <br />Engineer's authorization to proceed with his services <br />herein. <br />E. The City Coutlcil of the City of Paris has specifically <br />authorized its Playor to execute this agreement on behalf <br />of Lhe City at a duly called publ:i.c meeting the 13th day <br />o f April, 1981. <br />-1- <br />
