RESOLUTION NO. 2069 . <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore <br />receive a request from the Lamar County Child Welfare Board, Inc. <br />for water service to its Foster Home on South Collegiate Drive, South <br />of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company crossing; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to procure a pipe line license from <br />said railroad company; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company has offered <br />to grant a license Eor the consideration of $500. 00 under its right of <br />way in the form of a Pipe Line License as shown in Exhibit A attached <br />hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris, Michael E. Malone, be, <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the <br />City of Paris the Pipe Line License dated October 31, 1980, with <br />Missouri Pacific Railroad Company in the form shown in Exhibit A <br />attached hereto. <br />Passed and adopted this lOth day of November, 1980. <br />Michael E.
