RESOLUTION N0. 1955 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has under- <br />taken a project of construction entitled SOUTI~~TEST INDUSTRIAL <br />WATER DISTRIBUTION MAINS, being EDA Project No. 08-O1-02074, <br />consisting of eight inch (8"), ten inch (10"), and twelve inch <br />(12") water main service to the Southwest Industrial District <br />of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easements hereinafter described in fifteen (15) <br />centerline easement descriptions consisting of 40 foot temporary <br />easements and 20 foot permanent easements, with owners shown <br />immediately after each, is necessary for such industrial utility <br />project; said easements being described as follows: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the <br />Asa Jarman Survey, Abstract No. 479 and Tract I, <br />being a part of that certain 36.775 acre tract of <br />land known as Lot 13, Block 154A and described as <br />First Tract in Deed from Wm. B. Payne and N. Blake <br />Moore to Paymore, Inc. dated July 30, 1969, and <br />recorded in Book 498, Page 315, Deed Records, Lamar <br />County, Texas, and Tract II being a part o~ that <br />certain 31.959 acre tract of land known as Lot l, <br />Block 334 and described as Second Tract in the <br />aforedescribed deed, three utility easements de- <br />scribed as Tract I, Tract II, and Tract III as <br />follows, to wit: <br />TRACT I: A 40 foot temporary easement and a <br />20 foot permanent easement lying 20 feet and 10 feet <br />respectively, either side of the following described <br />centerline; <br />BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line <br />of said 36.775 acre tract, a distance of 783.0 feet <br />westerly from the N. E. corner of said tract, measured <br />alon~ an existing fence line; <br />THENCE the centerline of said easement shall <br />extend in a southerly direction a distance of 452.8 <br />feet to a deflection angle of 22 De~. 30 Min. to the <br />left; <br />THENCE in a southeasterly direction a distance <br />of 67.9 feet to a point in the South Boundary Line <br />of said 36.775 acre tract and in the North ROW line <br />oi the Texas and Pacific Railroad; said point being <br />southwesterly a distance of 626.0 feet from the S. E. <br />corner of said 36.775 acre tract, measured along an <br />existing fence line. <br />TRACT II: A 40 foot temporary easement which <br />lies 30 feet South of and 10 feet North of the herein- <br />after described centerline and a 20 foot permanent <br />easement lying 10 feet either side of the hereinafter <br />described line~ <br />BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary Line <br />of said 31.959 acre tract, a distance of 10.3 feet <br />southerly from the N. W. corner of said tract, also <br />being a point 10.3 feet southerly from the South <br />ROW line of the Texas and Pacific Railroad; <br />THENCE along a line parallel to and 10.0 feet <br />southerly from the North Boundary Line of said 31.959 <br />acre tract, same bein~; the South R0~~1 line of the Texas <br />and Pacific Railroad, North 77 Deg. East, 1255.0 feet <br />to a point located 10.0 feet southerly from the North <br />Boundary Line ofsa.id 31.959 acre tract, and being <br />southwesterly a distance of 551.0 feet from the Td. E. <br />
