corner of said 31.959 acre tract, measured along <br />an existing fence line on the South ROW line of <br />said Texas and Pacific Railroad. <br />TRACT III: A 40 foot temporary easement and a <br />20 foot permanent easement lying 20 feet and 10 feet <br />respectively, either side of the following described <br />centerline: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the South ROW line of <br />the Texas and Pacific Railroad ROW, said point being <br />southwesterly a distance of 551.0 feet from the N. E. <br />corner of said 31.959 acre tract, measured along an <br />existing fence line on said South ROW line; <br />THENCE in a southerly direction a distance of <br />1055.4 feet to a point in the East Boundary Line of <br />said 31.959 acre tract; also being a point in the <br />West ROW line of the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe <br />Railroad; and being northerly a distance of 8.7 feet <br />from the S. E. corner of said tract, measured along <br />an existing fence line. <br />and the above three (3) tracts are owned by Wm. B. Payne of Smith <br />County, Texas and N. Blake Moore of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, <br />a partnership, successors to Paymore, Inc.; <br />Tract I: A 40 foot temporary easement and a <br />20 foot permanent easement lying 20 feet and 10 feet <br />respectively, either side of the following described <br />centerline: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part <br />of the Asa Jarman Survey, Abstract No. 479; also <br />being a part of Lot 4, City Block 337; and being <br />a part of a 15.825 acre tract described as Sixth <br />Tract in deed from T. J. Fouts, Jr., Trustee to <br />John W. Porter, dated May 29, 1969, recorded in <br />Book 493, Fage 276, Deed Records, Lamar County, <br />Texas, said utility easement being more particularly <br />described as follows; to wit: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the East Right-of-way <br />line of the Gulf, Colorado and Sante Fe Railroad; <br />said point also being in the jJest Boundary Line of <br />said 15.825 acre tract; and beinb southerly a distance <br />of 304.5 feet from the most northern corner of said <br />tract, measured along said Right-of-way line; <br />THENCE in an easterly direction a distance of <br />72.3 feet to a deflection angle of 12 Deg. to the <br />left ; <br />THENCE continuing easterly a distance of 8.4 <br />feet to a point in the West Right-of-way line of the <br />Texas and New Orleans Railroad; said point also being <br />in the East Boundary Line of said 15.825 acre tract; <br />and being southerly a distance of 303.9 feet from the <br />most northern corner of said tract, measured along <br />said Right-of-way line. <br />TRACT II: A 40 foot temporary easement which <br />lies 30 feet East of and 10 feet West of the hereinafter <br />described centerline and a 20 foot permanent easement <br />lying 10 feet either side of the following described <br />line. <br />
