<br />acre tract of land described as Fifth Tract in a deed
<br />from T. J. Fouts, Jr., Trustee to John W. Porter, dated

<br />cords, Lamar County, Texas, said utility easement being
<br />more particularly described as follows; to wit:
<br />BEGINNING at a point in the East Right-of-way
<br />line of the Texas and New Orleans Railroad; said point
<br />also being in the West Boundary Line of said 133.427
<br />acre tract; and being northeasterly a distance of
<br />1592.0 feet from the most Western S. W. Corner of said
<br />tract, measured along said Right-of-way line;
<br />THENCE South 75 Deg. 45 r-Zin. East, a distance of
<br />10.0 feet to a deflection angle of 89 Deg. 04 Min. to
<br />the right;
<br />THENGE South 14 Deg. 15 Min. West, parallel to and
<br />10.0 feet East of said railroad right-of-way, a distance
<br />of 652.5 feet to a point, the same being the beginning
<br />of a deflection angle of 103 degrees 30 minutes to the
