BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary Line <br />of said 2.139 acre tract; said point being North 66 Deg. <br />17 Min. East a distance of 31.1 feet from the Southwest <br />corner of said 2.139 acre tract at the Loop 286 North- <br />east Boundary Line; <br />THEPZCE North 39 Deg. 18 Min. West, 41.5 feet along <br />a line parallel with said Loap 286 boundary line to a <br />point in the North Boundary Line of said 2.139 acre <br />tract <br />and the above four (4) tracts are owned by John W. Porter of <br />Krum, Texas; <br />A 40 foot temporary easement and a 20 foot <br />permanent easement lying 20 feet and 10 feet respectively <br />either side of the following described centerline; <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, being a part <br />of the Lemuel Ewer Survey, Abstract No. 313; also <br />being a part of Lot l, City Block 366, and being a <br />part of a 104.86 acre tract of land described in deed <br />from Hattie Greenwood to T. West, 249.3 feet to <br />a point; <br />THENCE North 66 Deg. 58 Min. West, 80.7 feet to <br />a point; <br />THENCE North 57 Deg. 42 Min. West, 199.0 feet to <br />a point; <br />THENCE along a curve to the right having a radius <br />of 5562.51 feet and a delta angle of 2 Deg. 34 Min. a <br />distance of 248.7 feet to a point; said curve being <br />parallel to and 30.0 feet North of the North Boundary <br />line of Loop 286 ; <br />THENCE North 22 Deg. 13 IyIin. West, 172.9 feet to <br />a point in the North Boundary Line of said 104.86 acre <br />tract; said point also being in the South Right-of-way <br />line of the Gulf, Colorado and Sante Fe Railroad; and <br />being a point 30.0 feet North of the North Boundary Line <br />of Loop 286 <br />and is owned by T. W. Greenwood of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the James <br />Bourland Survey, Abstract No. 69, and being a part of <br />Lot 2, City Block 338, also being a part of a certain <br />92.998 acre tract of land which was described in deed <br />from Martin L. Schaffer, Trustee, to Travis Grayson and <br />wife, dated December 22, 1975, recorded in Book 577, <br />Page 353, Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, said two <br />utility easernents described as Tract I and Tract II as <br />follows: <br />
