RESOLUTION N0. 1956 , <br />WHEREAS, the City Council oE the City of Paris did in <br />Resolution No. 1675, passed on the 24th day of March, 1975, adopt a <br />project schedule for the infiltration/inflow project which is in pro- <br />gress, with the aid of a federal grant pursuant to the Federal Water <br />Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500; and, <br />WHEREAS, said grant was processed by application to the <br />Texas Department of Water Resources and the Environmental <br />Protection Agency; and, <br />WHEREAS, it has become necessary that the project schedule <br />heretofore adopted in the above describe~ resolution must be <br />amended; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the City of Paris does hereby adopt the project schedule <br />depicted on Exhibit A attached hereto; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City of Paris, as appli - <br />cant, understands that the project schedule, as amended, must be <br />approved by the Texas Department of Water Resources and the <br />Environmental Protection Agency and that once said project schedule <br />has been approved, no changes will be authorized without first re- <br />ceiving approval of the change from the Texas Department of Water <br />Resources and the Environmental Protection Agency. <br />Passed and adopted this 30th day of July, 1979. <br />t ~ <br />, <br />Michael E.
