Lease No. DOT-FA77StiV-1259 <br />SFO/EFIIS <br />Cox Field <br />Paris, Texas <br />9. RENEtiVAL OPTION: <br />This lease may, at the option of the Government, be renewed from <br />yeax to year at an annual rental of Eiaht Hundred Twenty-Eight and <br />No/100 Dollars ($828.00) payable at the rate of Two tIundred Seven and <br />No/100 Dollars ($207.00) per Government fiscal quarter in arrears and <br />otherwise upon the terms and conditions herein specified. The Govern- <br />ment's option shall be deemed exercised and the lease renewed each <br />year for one year unless the Government bives thrity (30) days' notice <br />that it will not exercise its option before this lease or any renewal <br />thereof expires; PROVIDED, That no renewal thereof sha11 extend the <br />period of occupancy of the premises beyond the thirtieth (30th) day <br />of September, 1987; AND PROVIDLD FURTHER, That adequate appropriations <br />axe available from year to year for the payment of xentals. <br />10. CANCELLATION: <br />The Government shall have the right and privilege to cancel this <br />lease at any time during the term of this lease or durino the term of <br />any renewal thereof upon giving the Lessor thirty (30) days' notice <br />in writing, such notice to be comptiteci from the date of the postmark <br />on the envelope in which said cancellation notice is mailed, and no <br />rentals sha11 accrue after that date; EXCEPT, That portion of the lease <br />pertaining to electric service. Electric potiaer is calculated in this <br />lease at $25.00 per month or $300.00 per year to include the operational <br />power for the installation, ivhich may be renegotiated by either party <br />upon thirty (30) days' notice as defined above, and the monetary con- <br />sideration of this lease adjusted therefor. <br />11. ANTENNA PLATFORM: <br />The Lessor grants the Government the right to construct and <br />maintain an antenna platform approximately 3 feet by 10 feet on the <br />roof of th:. Hangar Building. The Government shall furnish the Lessor <br />specifications for antenna platform for approval prior to construction. <br />12. SECURITY LOCK: <br />The Lessor grants the Government the right to replace the existing <br />door lock with a security loclc. <br />
