RESOLUTION N0. 1837 , <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore <br />authorize the execution of a water purchase contract between the <br />Lamar County Water Supply District and the City of Paris, which con- <br />tract was executed on the 17th day of July, 1967; and, <br />WHEREAS, in accordance with the terms thereof the parties <br />thereto have mutually agreed to an addendum. thereto entitled <br />Addendum No. 1, which is att~ched hereto as Exhibit A; NOW, <br />THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That Addendum No. 1 to Water Purchase Contract between <br />Lamar County Water Supply District and the City of Paris be, and <br />the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />James M.
