The City of Paris Agrees: <br />1) Quality and Quant.ity - to furnish the District at the <br />points of delivery hereinafter specified, during the <br />term of this contract or any renewal or extension <br />thereof, potable treated water meeting applicable <br />purity standards of the Texas DepartmenC of Public <br />Health in such quantities as may be required by the <br />District not to exceed the design supply of <br />50, 000, 000 gallons per month, to be delivered at a <br />uniform rate. Said rate not to exceed l, 760 gallons <br />per minute.
