RESOLUTION NO. 1765 . <br />WHEREAS, a channel easement adjacent to the East Side of <br />Loop 286 S. W. , just North of Centerline Station 145+00, more <br />particularly described on Exhibit A attached hereto, may be con- <br />sidered by the State Highways and Public Transportation Committee <br />to be no longer needed for highway purposes; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State of Texas through the State Department <br />of Highways and Public Transportation proposes to quit claim said <br />easement to the abutting property owner; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is in con- <br />currence with the State of Texas that said easement is no longer <br />needed for street purposes by the citizens of Paris; NOW, THERE- <br />FORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PA R IS, That the easement proposed to be quit claimed to the <br />abutting property owner by the State of Texas is no longer needed <br />for the use of citizens of Paris for street purposes, and, there- <br />fore, the City of Paris concurs with the State's proposal to quit <br />claim the 0. 499 acre easement described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto to the abutting property owner, E.
