Being a part of a 0.382 acre tract of land, situated within the corporate
<br />limits of the City of Paris, Lamar Countq, Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Survey,
<br />Abstract No, 749, conveyed to the State of Texas by 0. R. 0'Neill by deed dated the
<br />lst day of Ju1y, 1952, of record in Volume 325, Page 494, of the Deed Records of
<br />Lamar County, Texas, and a part of a 20333 acre tract of land, designated as TRACT
<br />N0. 2 in a deed of conveyance from J. B. Williams and Elizabeth Williams Revell to
<br />the State of Texas, dated the lst day of July, 1952, and recorded in Volume 325, Page
<br />492 of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, situated within the corporate limits
<br />of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, Abstract
<br />No, 749, and being more particularly described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point in the existing west right-of-way line of F. M. Highway
<br />137, at the most easterly northeast corner of a 17046 acre tract of land conveyed to
<br />Wayne Y. Anderson by M. W. Anderson by deed dated the 29th day of June, 1973, and
<br />recorded in Volume 549, Page 48, of the Deed Records of Zamar County, Texas, said
<br />point being N 52° 49' W a distance of 126.47 feet from centerline survey station
<br />60+90,98 of said highway, said point also being N 77° 55` E a distance of 1170 feet
<br />from the southwest corner of a 6 acre tract of land conveyed to James D. Fox by South-
<br />west Sprayer and Chemical Company by deed dated the 9th day of March, 1971, and recorded
<br />in Volume 524, Page 794, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, and an inside ell
<br />corner of the said Anderson tract;
<br />THENCE N 77° 55' E at a distance of 59.91 feet crossing old centerline survey
<br />station 61+14010 of the old location of F. M. Highway 137, in all this direction a
<br />distance of 63098 feer to a pjint in the proposed west right-of-way line of F. M.
<br />Highway 137, said point being N 53° 49' W a distance of 84.30 feet from centerline
<br />survey station 60-K+1a03 of ssid highway;
<br />THENCE S 34° 54' W along said proposed west right-of-way line a distance of
<br />311.17 feet to a point on a curve to the right whose radius is 2804.79 feet and whose
<br />tangent at this point bears S 42° 33' W, said point being N 47° 27' W a distance of
<br />60.00 feet from center.line survey station 63+59.43 of said highway;
<br />THENCE in a southwesterlN7 direction along said curve to the right and said
<br />proposed west right-o.f.-way 1.ine, at a distance of 70037 feet crossing old centerline
<br />survey station 64+92.00 of the old lccation of F. M. Highway 137, in all this direction
<br />a distance of 351051 feet to apuint on said curve to the right whose tangent at this
<br />point bears S 49° 44' West, sG'_a Toint also being in the existing west right-of-way
<br />line of said highway and on a curve to the l-eft whose radius is 1869086 feet ard whose
<br />tangent at this point bears N 42° 45` E, said point also being N 40° 16` W a
<br />distance of 60000 feFt from centerline surve,r station 67+18.46 of said highway;
<br />THENCE in a nortlieaste~..,Ly direction along said curve to the left and said exist-
<br />ing west right-of-way line a distance of 219.00 feet to the end of said curve;
<br />THENCE N 36° 02' E along said existing west right-of-way line a distance of 390,80
<br />feet to the point of reginning, containing 0.498 acre of land.
