Being a part of a 0e382 acre tract of land, situated within the corporate <br />limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Asa Jarman Survey, <br />Abstract Noo 749, conveyed to the State of Texas by 0. R. 0'Neill by deed dated <br />the lst day of July, 1952, of record in Volume 325, Page 494, of the Deed Records <br />of Lamar County, Texas, and a part of a 2.333 acre tract of land, designated as <br />TRACT N0, 2 in a deed of conveyance from J. B. Williams and Elizabeth Williams <br />Revell to the State of Texas, dated the lst day of July, 1952, and recorded in <br />Volume 325, Page 492, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, situated within <br />the corporate limits of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, and a part of the <br />Asa Jarman Survey, Abstract No. 749 and being more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the existing west right-of-way line of F. M. Highway <br />137, at the southeast corner of a 6 acre tract of land conveyed to James D. Fox by <br />Southwest Sprayer and Chcmical Company by deed dated the 9th day of March, 1971, and <br />recorded in Volume 524, Page 794, of the Deed Records of Lamar County, Texas, said <br />point being N 52° 49' W a distance of 126.47 feet from centerline survey station <br />60+90,98 of said highway, said point also being N 77° 55' E a distance of 1170 feet <br />from the southwest corner of the said Fox tract; <br />THENCE N 36° 02' E along the said existing west right-of-waq line a distance of <br />242,36 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left whose radius is 369.25 feet; <br />THENCE in a northeasterty direction along said curve to the left and said exist- <br />ing right-of-way line a distance of 58.32 feet to a point on said curve whose tangent <br />at this point bears N 26° 59' E, said point also being in the south right-of-way line <br />of the Texas and Pacif.ic Railroad; <br />THENCE N 77° 55' E along said Texas and Pacific Railroad right-of-way line, at a <br />distance of 49.96 feet crossing old centerline survey station 58+20.20 of the old <br />location of F. M. Highway 137, in all this direction a distance of 62.01 feet to the <br />point of intersection of the said Texas and Pacific Railroad south right-of-way and <br />the proposed west right-of-way line of F. M. Highway 137, said point being N 55° 06' W <br />a distance of 85.00 feet from centerline survey station 57+40.10 of the said F. M. <br />Highway 137; <br />THENCE S 34° 54' W along the said proposed west right-of-way line a distance of <br />299.02 feet to a point, at 6~-.65 feet cressing old centerline survey station 58f76.68 <br />and at 161.74 feet crussing old centerline survey station 59+73.82 of the old location <br />of F. M. Highway 137, said point being N 53° 49' W a distance of 84,30 feet from center- <br />line survey station 60+41.03 of said F. M. Highway 137; <br />THENCE S 77° 55' W at a distance of 4007 reet crossing old centerline survey <br />station 61f14.10 of the old location of F. M. Highway 137, in all this direction a <br />distance of 63.98 feet to thp point of beginniiig, containing 0,281 acre of land, <br />EXHIBIT B <br />
