West a distance of <br />440.5 ft. to the place of beginning and containing <br />7.547 acres of land. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, That Tracts 1 and 2, herein described, belonging <br />to Rayford Walker and Covy Williams, respectively, are hereby <br />referred to the Planning and Zoning Commission for the purpose <br />of consi dering an amendment to Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, to <br />change said tracts from a Planned Development District (PD), <br />Shopping Center, Fire Limits, to a One-Family Dwelling District <br />No. 2 (SF-2); and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a public hearing be held by <br />and before the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, <br />at 7:00 o'clock P.
