(Mack) Weaver, 27 votes; <br />Doyle Whitaker, 73 votes; <br />Jeff Hoog, 21 votes. <br />For Councilman From Ward Two: <br />John P. Crabtree, Jr., 58 votes; <br />Ben M. Hinds, 63 votes. <br />For Councilman From Ward Three: F. D. Mallory III, 131 votes. <br />For Councilman From Ward Four: James M. Brunette, 75 votes; <br />Floyd Bass, 26 votes; <br />James W. (Jim) Martin, 28 votes. <br />IN WARD FOUR (4) A TOTAL OF 355 VOTES WNR E CAST AS FOLLOWS: <br />For Councilman From Ward One: M. C. (Mack) Weaver, 112 votes; <br />Doyle Whitaker, 132 votes; <br />Jeff Hoog, 92 votes. <br />For Councilman From Ward 1~vo: John P. Crabtree, Jr., 118 votes; <br />Ben M. Hinds, 215 vot es . <br />For Councilman From Ward Three: F. D. Mallory III, 354 votes. <br />For Councilman From Ward Four: James M. Brunette, 180 votes; <br />Floyd Bass, 57 votes; <br />James W. (Jim) Martin, 119 votes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, from the above and foregoing canvass of the re- <br />turns of the votes in the four (4) respective voting boxes in such <br />election, it is declared and determined that Doyle Whitaker is the <br />person receiving the highest num.ber of votes of the votes cast at <br />such election for Councilman From Ward One (1), and was therefore <br />elected to serve as Councilman From Ward One (1) and as a member of <br />the City Council of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; <br />that Ben M. Hinds is the person receiving the highestrumber of votes <br />of the votes cast at such election for Councilman From Ward Tvo (2), <br />and was therefore elected to serve as Councilman From Ward 1~uo (2) <br />and as a member of the City Council of the City of Paris for the en- <br />suing two (2) years; that F. D. Mallory III is the person receiving <br />the highest number of votes of the votes cast at such election for <br />Councilman From Ward Three (3), and was therefore elected to serve <br />as Councilman From Ward Three (3) and as a member of the City Council <br />of the City of Paris for the ensuing two (2) years; and that James M. <br />Brunette is the person receiving the highest number of votes of the <br />votes cast at such election for Councilman From Ward Four (4), and <br />was therefore elected to serve as Councilman From Ward Four (4) and <br />as a member of the City Council of the City of Paris for the ensuing <br />two (2) years. <br />
