R ESOLUTION NO. 1431 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris is participating in the pro- <br />curement of right of way for the expansion of Loop 286 N. E.; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, Parcels 9 and 10, so designated by the Texas <br />Highway Department, being a part of Project No. RW 8001-1-22, <br />are among those tracts required to be procured by the City of <br />Paris, which tracts are owned respectively by Harmon Smith and <br />Reba J. Smith; and, <br />WHEREAS, in negotiating for the execution of right of <br />way deeds, it has come to the attention of the City Cauncil of <br />the City of Paris, that in conjunction with saici.right of way <br />procurement, Harmon Smith and wife, Mary Smith, desire to con- <br />vey the following described property: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, County of Lamar, State of Texas, a part of <br />the Redding Russell Survey and being a part of the <br />same property conveyed Harmon Smith by deed xecorded <br />Book 428, Page 33, Deed Records, Laznar County, Texas, <br />and being Lot 4, City Block 276, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the North Boundary Line <br />of Clement Road, said point being the South Ea,st <br />corn er of Lot 4-A, City Block 276; <br />Thence N. 88° 51' E. with the North Bounda,ry Line <br />of Clement Road a distance of 150' to a point; <br />Thence N. 1° 09' W. a distance of 198' to a point <br />for corner; <br />Thence S. 88° 51' W. along the North property <br />line of Lot 4 belonging to Harmon Smith a distance of <br />200' to a point; <br />Thence S. 1° 09' E. a distance of 10' to the <br />Narth West corner of Lot 4-A, City Block 276, owned <br />by Reba J. Smith; <br />Thence N. 88° 51' E. a distance of 50' to the <br />Nor th East corner of Lot 4-A; <br />Thence S. 10 09' E. a distance of 188' with the <br />East Boundary Line of Lot 4-A to the place of <br />beginning and containing .693 acres, fronting 150 feet <br />on the North Boundary Line of Clement Road. <br />and Reba J. Smith desires to convey the following described <br />property: <br />Situated within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Paris, County of Lamar, State of Texas, a part of <br />the Redding Russell Survey and being the same property <br />conveyed Reba J. Smith by deed recorded in Vol. 479, <br />Page 373, of the Deed Records, Lamar County, Texas, <br />and being Lot 4-A, City Block 276, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point in the North Boundary Line of <br />Clement Rd., said point being the South East corner of <br />Lot 4-A, City Block 276; <br />Thence S. 88° 51' W. with said boundary line a <br />distance of 50' to the South West corner of Lot 4-A; <br />
