The owners have not been found since 2008. The City of Paris is currently mowing the property. Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to board up windows and doors of the property, put a temporary fence around the property (if the permit department will issue one) and place a plaque in the front yard of the property showing the violations so the property owners might contact us so we can get them to sign the building over to us.
