All Contractors, <br /> their employees and agents shall make themselves familiar with which materials in the <br /> building have been identified as hazardous materials and take appropriate precautions to <br /> avoid exposure to these materials. If in the course of work, materials are uncovered which <br /> are suspected of containing hazardous materials, Contractor shall report same <br /> immediately to Owner. Contact Owner for further details, <br /> <br /> J. Exterior Wood Restoration & Painting at all donners, <br /> <br /> K. Termite Control, <br /> <br /> L. Exterior Soffit, bead board replacement, <br /> <br /> M. Electrical Fixtures procurement by Owner, including exterior pole lamps (installation <br /> shall remain the responsibility of the Contract 5 sub-contractor), <br /> <br /> N. Site preparation and earthwork, <br /> <br /> O. Finish Grading <br /> <br /> P. Ceiling Fan Fixture Procurement by Owner (installation shall remain the responsibility of <br /> the Contract 5 sub-contractor), <br /> <br />1.05 OTHER ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM CONTRACT: The following items will be <br />provided, complete, by the Owner or others, and not as part of this Contract: <br /> <br /> A.
