All utilities are to be provided to the building underground as per local codes. <br /> Contractor to be responsible for coordination with the respective utility companies <br /> and the City of Pads. Contractor shall obtain and pay for all permits required. <br /> <br /> I. The Architect or Construction Manager maintains the right to stop work of any <br /> Contractor or Sub-Contractor who fails to perform his work properly in <br /> conformance with the Project Drawings and Specifications, and/or in a good and <br /> workmanlike manner, at any time. Any and all additional costs associated with work <br /> stoppage shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. <br /> <br /> J. The Contractor and all Sub-Contractors shall take all precautions to protect the <br /> property from damage by weather. Work shall be completed as soon as possible to <br /> make the building watertight. Check weather reports before exposing work and <br /> then pursue work with all haste. Provide and install waterproof covers to protect <br /> the property from damage as required. <br /> <br />1.04 WORK EXCLUDED FROM CONTRACT: <br />The following items of work will be provided, complete, by the Owner or others, and not as <br />part of this Contract: <br /> <br /> A. Any work or items noted "N.I.C." (Not in Contract) on the Drawings, Specifications and <br /> Addenda, <br /> <br /> B. Roof Tile Restoration, <br /> <br /> C. RoofTruss Reinfomement, <br /> <br /> D. Attic Catwalk Installation, <br /> <br /> E. Gutters and Downspouts to within 4"-0" +/- of exterior building concrete, <br /> <br /> F. Site Clean-up, <br /> <br /> G. Parking Lot Clean-up and Re-striping, <br /> <br /> Section 01000 <br /> Page 3-5 <br /> <br /> <br />
