Following issuance by Construction Manager of Certificate of Substantial <br /> Completion, Contractors may submit Final Payment Request, provided the <br /> following has been completed: <br /> <br /> 1. Submit permits, certificates of inspection and/or occupancy, and other <br /> approval and releases by governing authorities, required for Owner's <br /> occupancy and use of the project. <br /> <br /> 2. Submit all product, material and labor warranties and similar documentation. <br /> <br /> 3. Submit maintenance manuals and provide instructionto operational <br /> personnel. <br /> <br /> 4. Complete final cleaning of work. <br /> <br /> 5. Completion, submission and Owner's written acceptance of record drawings, as <br /> specified in Section 01700 Project Completion. <br /> <br /> 6. Submit listing of work to be completed before final acceptance. <br /> <br /> 7. Submit certified copies of legal publication and filing Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> 8. Submit lien releases for all work completed to date of submission of Substantial <br /> Completion request. <br /> <br /> G. Following completion of the following requirements, Final Payment Request <br /> will be processed: <br /> <br /> 1. Assurance of completion of work listed as incomplete at issuance of <br /> Certificate of Substantial Completion. <br /> <br /> 2. Settle liens and other clahns. Provide final lien releases for all work completed to <br /> date of Final Payment Request. <br /> <br /> 3. Submit proof of payment on fees, taxes and similar obligations. <br /> <br /> 4. Transfer operational, access, security and similar provisions to Owner;, and <br /> remove temporary facilities, tools and similar items. <br /> <br /> 5.
