Amount of each allowance: <br /> <br /> No Allowance Amounts Included at This Time. <br /> <br />1.04 SELECTION OF PRODUCTS UNDER ALLOWANCES <br /> <br /> A. Architect's Duties: <br /> <br /> 1. Make selection in consultation with the Owner. Provide final decision designating: <br /> a. Product, model and finish. <br /> b. Accessories and attachments. <br /> <br /> c. Supplier and installer if applicable. <br /> d. Cost to Contractor, delivered to the site or installed, as applicable. <br /> e. Manufacturer's Warranties. <br /> <br /> 3. Prepare Revision Drawings and/or Specification modifications, if required. <br /> <br /> 4. Transmit Owner's decision to the Construction Manager. <br /> <br /> B. Contractor's Duties: <br /> <br /> 1. Assist Architect and Owner in determining qualified suppliers or installers. <br /> <br /> 2. Obtain proposals from suppliers and installers and convey to Construction Manager. <br /> <br /> 3. Make appropriate recommendations for consideration when requested by the Architect <br /> or Construction Manager. <br /> <br /> 4. Notify Construction Manager promptly of: <br /> <br /> a. Any reasonable objections Contxactor may have against any supplier, or party <br /> under consideration for installation. <br /> <br /> b. Any effect on the Construction Schedule anticipated by selections under <br /> consideration. <br /> <br /> 5. Submit proposal including pricing information as required for changes in the Work. <br /> <br /> a. Include in the proposal amount any changes properiy documented, in handling <br /> costs at the site, labor, installation costs, overhead, profits and other expenses <br /> caused by the selection under the allowance. <br /> <br /> Section 01200 <br /> Page 2-3 <br /> <br /> <br />
