Paris Santa Fe-Frisco Depot Rehabilitation © KEYSTONE ARCHITECTS <br /> Suly 10, 2001 <br /> <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br /> <br />3.01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: <br /> <br /> A. All submittals shall be checked by contractor(s) for completeness and submitted to <br /> Construction Manager for review and disbursement. <br /> <br /> B. Scheduling: Submittals shall be delivered to Construction Manager not less than 10 <br /> working days prior to quantity fabrication, or placement of purchase orders. <br /> <br /> C. Number and type of copies to be submitted, distributed and returned will be <br /> established at the Pre-construction Conference unless specifically noted otherwise. <br /> <br />3.02 PRODUCT LITERATURE: <br /> <br /> A. Identification: Mark literature with name of Project, Architect's Project <br /> number, specification Section number and subparagraph number. <br /> <br /> B. When literature includes more than one product, or several products proposed for or <br /> on this project, clearly identify specific products and their accessories proposed for use <br /> with marker pen or other suitable identification. <br /> <br />3.03 SHOP DRAWINGS: <br /> <br /> A. Identification: Mark drawings with name of project and the Architect's project number, <br /> specification section number, drawing detail and sheet number reference where subject <br /> of shop drawings is described and shown, and date shop drawing was prepared <br /> and/or revised. <br /> <br /> 1. Where coordination requirements necessitate scope of shop drawing to include <br /> more than one item, label shop drawing with specification section number of <br /> dominant trade involved. "Dominant" shall be defined as greatest <br /> quantity, greatest cost, or principal detail subject of drawing, whichever may <br /> be appropriate. <br /> <br /> B. Contractor's Review: <br /> <br /> 1. Review shop drawings for conformance with Contract Documents prior to <br /> submitting to the Architect and indicate completion of review by affixing the <br /> Contractor's stamp. Drawings submitted without the Contractor's stamp <br /> will not be considered. <br /> <br /> 2. Contractor's review requires the determination and verification of: <br /> a. All applicable field measurements affecting or affected by the work. <br /> b. Field construction criteria. <br /> <br /> Section 01300 <br /> Page 3-4 <br /> <br /> <br />
