Consideration of and action on the petition of Kenny Kammer for a <br />change in zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a General <br />Retail District (GR), Lots 4, 5, 6, 18, 19, 20 and part of Lots 3 and 17, <br />Block I, Warren Addition. <br />Motion was made to approve as Planned Development (b) by Eddie <br />Vincent and seconded by Curtis Fendley. Motion carried by a vote of <br />9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Reeves Hayterwas excused from consideration ofthe next item. Motion <br />was made by Bill Coleman and seconded by Vincent Battles. Motion <br />carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />4. Consideration of and action on the recommendation of the Preliminary <br />Plat, Oak Creek, Phase 10. <br />Motion was made to approve by Bill Coleman and seconded by Bobby <br />Myers, subject to the Building Official's Memo, dated August 6, 2001. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />Motion was made for Reeves Hayter to return to the meeting by <br />Marshall Kent and seconded by Bill Coleman. Motion carried by a vote <br />of S ayes and 0 nays. <br />Vincent Battles resigned from Planning and Zoning Commission <br />because he is in the process of relocating. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:30. <br />Steve Methven <br />
