AND 7:00 O'CLOCK P. M., BY THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CITY OF PARIS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ELECTIlVG THE FOLLOWING COUNCILMEN TO SERVE AS ME1vBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE ENSUING TWO YEARS. BE IT RESCLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: 5ection 1. That an election be held by the qualified voters of the City of Paris on the first Tuesday in April, 1962, same being the 3rd day of April, 1962, between the hours of 8:00 ofclock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock P. M. , for the purpose of electing four (4) members of the City Council of the City of Paris, as follows: One Councilman From Ward One (1) One Councilman From Ward Two 12) One Councilman From Ward Three (3) One Councilman From Ward Four (4) as provided in Section 16 of Article III of the Charter of the City of Paris, adopted on November 2, 1948, and in accorda.nce with Article IX of the Charter of the City of Paris, adopted November 2, 1948, such Councilmen to serve for the ensuing two years.
