<br />The entire Vroup ad journed to West 1:1ashin7ton Stree tto make an on
<br />the 7round i.nspection of the site, and after considerable dis-
<br />cussion it was m.utually agreed that the Count,y would pave ';iest
<br />::rashinEton Street from the Santa Fe Railroad Track :'Jest to lQ,th
<br />Street, S. _t'I. The pavinU would consist of an $11 compacted
<br />flexible base, 201 wide, and a double asphalt surface treat-
<br />ment. All gradin;, labor, matzrials, and machinery are to be
<br />furnished btr the County, with the followinm exceptions: The
<br />City of Paris ~ril1 use their asphalt distributor to apply the
<br />asphalt to the finished surface and will loan the Countv t~.eir
<br />coverstone distribution 'oox to apply the coverstone on the
<br />freshly "snot" asphalt. ihe City will furtner furnish a
<br />sheepsfoot roller and a water truck. All labor necessary to
<br />operate equipment furnished 'oy the City of Paris, with the ex-
<br />ception of t'rie asphalt distributor, vaill be furnished by the
<br />Cnunty. The minimum cost to the Count;., of this pavinz project
<br />was estimated to be :';,~3, 750.00.
<br />ihis Committee recommends to the City Council of the Citv of
<br />Paris, iexas tnat they pass a resolution adoptina the report
<br />of the ConLmittee, and that upon receipt of a resolution fron
<br />the County Commissioners' Court also adoptin; the recomm.enda-
<br />tion of the Comr,littee that the ri~--nt of way deeds i"or Loop
<br />286 be signed and submitted to the County.
