AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY ADDING A NEW SECTION 6-34 TO ARTICLE II OF CHAPTER 6 OF SAID CODE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF T-HANGAR RENTAL FEES AT COX FIELD AIRPORT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCE S OR PARTS OF ORDINANCE S IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore direct the City Attorney to conduct a survey of various airports around Texas to determine their various methods of operation, leasing policies, and hangar rentals, among other things; and, WHEREAS, said survey was submitted to the Airport Advisory Board for review and recommendation; and, WHEREAS, based on the results of said survey and the recommendations of the Airport Advisory Board, the City Council, at its meeting of September 10, 2001, directed an ordinance be prepared establishing monthly rental rates for T-hangars at Cox Field Airport; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding a new Section 6-34 to Article II of Chapter 6 of said Code to read as follows: "Sec. 6-34. T-Hangar rental fees. "(1) Fees. Monthly rental fees for City-owned T-hangars identified below shall be as follows:
