Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of �Lot 38 Expansion, Block L, Oak <br />Creek Phase V, being number 3045 Aspen Drive. <br />Shawn Napier stated Mr. and Mrs. Tidwell own the lot behind them and want to build a <br />swimming pool on that lot, in order to do that they must plat the lots together. Motion was <br />made by Holland Harper, seconded by Jerry Akers to approve the preliminary plat. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 38 Expansion, Block L, Oak Creek <br />Phase V, being number 3045 Aspen Drive. <br />Shawn Napier stated that there are no comments on the Final Plat. Motion was made by <br />Holland Harper, seconded by James Price to approve the Final Plat. Motion carried 5-0. <br />9.
