Future agenda item for fundraisin� goals and mone�� allocation. <br />D. PDA combined efforts <br />What are the possibiliries of coinbing the efforts of PD1� with Main Street? PD,� is <br />having discussions regarding how they can continue and what their option are in <br />regards to b��-laws, nonprofit status, representarion if they dissolve. Main Street is <br />supportive of PDA, but is a city/state program that supports downtown, but cannot <br />individually promote businesses. Cheri has looked into what other towns have done in <br />this situation and has information that can be provided to any member of the PDA. <br />�1att requestcd we move this to a future agenda item to be updated on this. <br />�� 25 <br />
