Contract. Mr. Talley stated that Sanitation Solutions does the demolition <br />for free on these structures and the City of Paris pays the landfill costs. <br />(S) Mr. Wilson informed the Commission that a Special Meeting has been set <br />for August 30, 2012 at 4:OOpm to discuss 260 S. Main and 107 Grand <br />Ave. Robert stated that a structural engineer report for 260 S. Main St. <br />stated the building is unsafe. <br />(6) Robert Talley talked about 304 N. Main and that the Fire Marshall has <br />taken over this and is shutting the business down. <br />5. Future agenda items <br />(1) Don Wilson asked that in the future that Robert Talley provide the <br />Commission with the amount due in taxes on properties. <br />6. Adjournment <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Ryan Lassiter to adjourn <br />the meeting at 5:03pm.
