Should the city impose height limitation for such additions to existing <br />structures, and if so what limitations should be imposed? <br />The City Council felt that the maximum height of 260 feet for a tower. <br />7. Should the city require setbacks? If so, how much? <br />It was the consensus of the City Council that a setback be required of 100% <br />of the length of the tower. <br />8. Should the city impose a separation requirement requiring a tower to <br />maintain a distance of say 200 feet from any residential zoned property? <br />What separation requirement should the City of Paris impose, if any, on the <br />distance between towers? <br />The City Council agreed to impose a separation requirement of 150 feet from <br />any residentially zoned property, and no separation requirement. <br />9. Is aesthetics a concern to the City of Paris? <br />
