<br />Resolution No. 2001-087, approving the form of the lease agreement with the
<br />Boys Club of Paris, and authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, on
<br />behalf of the City of Paris the lease agreement with the Boys Club of Paris for
<br />the use of Reece Field during the months of April, May, June, and July of each
<br />year for five (5) years beginning in 2002, was presented. A motion was made
<br />by Councilman Plata, seconded by Councilman Gray, for approval of the
<br />resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />Resolution No. 2001-088, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, on
<br />behalf of the City of Paris, the tax resale deed and any and all documents
<br />necessary to convey the property described as Lot l, Block 13, Belmont
<br />Addition, being number 632 llth Street N. E., to Sharon McCuin, was
<br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman
<br />Plata, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />Resolution No. 2001-089, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, on
<br />behalf of the City of Paris, the tax resale deed and any and all documents
<br />necessary to convey the property described as Lots 10 and 11, City Block 87,
<br />being numbers 705, 707, and 725 W. Campbell Street, to Danielle Twitty, was
<br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman
<br />Plata, for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays.
<br />Resolution No. 2001-090, authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute, on
<br />behalf of the City of Paris, the tax resale deed and any and all documents
<br />necessary to convey the property described as Lot 1, Block B, Porter's 2na
<br />Addition, being number 2600 W. Sherman Street, to Melba Barbee, was
<br />presented. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman
